With over a decade of dedicated practice in Family Court proceedings, I have developed extensive expertise in Family Law /Matrimonial Law. My legal practice encompasses a broad range of matrimonial matters such as NRI Cases, Mutual Consent Divorce, Contested Divorce, Maintenance Cases, Annulment of Marriages, Restitution of Conjugal Rights, Domestic Violence Cases, Child Custody matters, and Matrimonial Property Settlements. As a Certified Mediator, I have completed specialized training programs conducted by the Main Mediation Centre, Bombay High Court, in collaboration with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, as well as training conducted by Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai. My mediation skills allow me to facilitate amicable resolutions in family disputes, ensuring that my clients achieve fair and just settlements without prolonged litigation. Additionally, I have served as Treasurer (2017-2019) and Secretary (2019-2022) of the Family Court Bar Association, Mumbai, where I actively contributed to the professional growth of legal practitioners by organizing impactful seminars and workshops on key legal topics.
Throughout my career, I have been committed to legal innovation and technological advancements in family law practice. Recognizing the evolving needs of clients, I became one of the first adopters of video conferencing technology in Mumbai Family Courts, enabling NRI clients and individuals residing outside Mumbai to provide remote testimonies efficiently. This initiative significantly improved access to justice, making court procedures more inclusive and convenient. My tenure with the Family Court Bar Association, Mumbai, was marked by key initiatives aimed at enhancing legal infrastructure, including advocating for better infrastructure and the formation of a dedicated panel of Child’s Independent Lawyers to ensure the best interests of children in matrimonial disputes. I have also conducted specialized training programs to equip legal professionals with essential skills to handle complex family law matters, particularly concerning child custody, domestic violence, and property disputes. My contributions to the legal community have been widely acknowledged, and I was honoured to be featured in the 2024 edition of CIO LOOK Magazine, highlighting my commitment to excellence in family law and mediation.
Beyond my professional commitments, I find creative expression in painting and sketching, which serve as a source of balance and inspiration in my legal practice. Meeting new people and engaging in meaningful discussions about the evolving landscape of family law further fuels my passion for justice and advocacy. Based in Mumbai, I extend my legal services across India and Internationally, assisting clients in navigating complex family law matters with dedication, integrity, and a results-driven approach.
